Mental health is currently a hot topic as we face the most uncertain times in anyone’s memory. We are facing change and uncertainty every day- which is great opportunity to focus on your own health & the things you are in control of. Exercise of any kind has the ability to improve your physical and mental well-being. At Spiritual Athletica you will book your class in advance, we have your instructor that will design a session to suit your body and needs, and your own equipment waiting for you. This personal touch, at an affordable price with a feeling of community and the synergy of shared goals in a small group is our goal. Movement is for everybody, and some days you may feel like a gentle and slow stretch, some days you would like to sweat and get your heart rate up- we have classes that will suit you with five Studios for one low membership or Class Pack. Pilates Reformer is our most popular class, this will help strengthen and stretch your body and is always a great place to start- you will refocus your mind body connection and get in tune with the alignment of your muscles and joints. Cycle, Shred & Met Con area all classes with a higher intensity but no impact as we are firm believers in safe & functional exercise- these classes will burn calories and increase your strength and tone using spin bikes, weights, TRX and resistance bands. Upstairs on our sunny mezzanine level you will find Yoga, Pilates Mat and Aerial Fitness- these classes will help you stretch and strengthen from top to toe, with and mind/body focus of reconnecting to yourself. All of our instructors are across at least three of these modalities- you will have trainer that is familiar with your body AND your goals- they are always a friendly face to welcome you in! Let us help you find the balance you are looking for between body and soul, so that your health and fitness is at a level that serves you.
